Dinner and The Word

A Ministry of Community, Fellowship, and Faith Dear Friends, Sponsors, and Supporters, We want to take a moment to share the heart and vision behind Dinner and The Word and invite you to be part of what God is doing through this ministry. Dinner and The Word was born out of a simple but powerful desire: to bring people together around the table to share a meal, build meaningful relationships, worship together, and grow in the Word of God. We believe ministry doesn’t have to be confined to a church building. Sometimes the most meaningful opportunities to share the love of Jesus happen around a table, through a conversation, or by simply making someone feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Our vision is rooted in Acts 2:42–47, where the early church devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer. We want to put that biblical example into practice today by creating welcoming environments where people from all walks of life can experience both spiritual nourishment and physical nourishment. Through shared meals, biblical teaching, live worship, prayer, and genuine fellowship, our desire is to strengthen believers, encourage those who are struggling, build community, and create opportunities for people to encounter Jesus. Our goal is not simply to host events, but to help people develop a deeper relationship with Christ and learn what it means to be the church outside of Sunday service.
