V2.023: End Game
The Fear—Faith Era
The year of divine discomfort.
If you fear God, you won’t fear the end.
If we stand in the face of worldly fear without the fear of God, we are in the most
treacherous of places.
If you have faith in God, you won’t have the desire to have faith in man-made
solutions.
The World has adopted a fear that has caused them to place their faith in
themselves.
Dread of the end or what’s next will have you placing your faith in all the wrong
places with all the wrong results.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 NIV
But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers
of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their
parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without selfcontrol, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of
pleasure rather than lovers of God – having a form of godliness but denying its
power. Have nothing to do with such people.
Matthew 24:37-39
But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For
as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and
giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know
until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son
of Man be.
We fear God and have faith in Jesus.
The world fears not being god and has faith only in themselves.
Being like God is a satanic lie that has infected society. It has distorted the
authority we have and the authority we are under.
When society trusts in the lies of Satan, it backs itself into a demonic corner of
darkness, desperation, and hopelessness.
1 Timothy 4:1 NIV
1 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and
follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.
It’s time to shift! The church, we have an end-game strategy that needs to be
activated.
The capital C church has to find its capital C commitment to Jesus.
The End Game Jesus We Are Committed To:

  1. JESUS IS THE ALPHA AND OMEGA. (Revelation 1-3)
  2. JESUS IS RETURNING SOON.
  3. JESUS IS THE LAMB OF GOD. (Revelation 4-5)
  4. JESUS IS WORTHY TO OPEN THE SCROLL.
  5. JESUS IS THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE (Revelation 6-18)
  6. JESUS RIGHTEOUSLY JUDGES THE EARTH.
  7. JESUS IS THE KING OF KINGS (Revelation 19-20)
  8. JESUS RETURNS WITH HIS CHURCH.
  9. JESUS IS THE BRIDEGROOM. (Revelation 21-22
  10. JESUS TAKES HIS BRIDE TO THE HEAVENLY CITY.
    Hebrews 3:1-4 NLT
And so, dear brothers and sisters who belong to God and are partners with
those called to heaven, consider Jesus whom we declare to be God’s
messenger and High Priest. For he was faithful to God, who appointed him, just
as Moses served faithfully when he was entrusted with God’s entire house. But
Jesus deserves far more glory than Moses, just as a person who builds a house
deserves more praise than the house itself. For every house has a builder, but
the one who built everything is God.
We have structured the church according to our own design and not the design
    of Christ.
    Ephesians 6:12 ESV
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the
authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the
spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
We have a greater battle than what we can see or feel. We need to dig deeper,
wise up, and become way more alert than we have been.
When the world was poised at a similar shift, Jesus had just been put to death.
Peter describes what would be required of Christians, and when he preaches,
    here is their response…
    Acts 2:37-39 NIV
37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and
the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” 38 Peter replied, “Repent and
be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of
your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for
you and your children and for all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God
    will call.”
It was at this moment in our spiritual history, similar but on a lesser scale, that a
group of people realized the importance of having a fear of God and faith in
Jesus as their only response that would give rise to a chosen group of people
who would be called the ekklesia, and here is where we find the most detailed
description of the bride, the church that Jesus needs to firm up and ready for
    the end game.
    Acts 2:40-47
Peter preached to them and warned them with these words: “Be rescued from
the wayward and perverse culture of this world!” Those who believed the word
that day numbered three thousand. They were all baptized and added to the
church . Every believer was faithfully devoted to following the teachings of the
apostles. Their hearts were mutually linked to one another, sharing communion
and coming together regularly for prayer. A deep sense of holy awe swept over
everyone, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. All
the believers were in fellowship as one body, and they shared with one another
whatever they had. Out of generosity they even sold their assets to distribute the
proceeds to those who were in need among them. Daily they met together in the
temple courts and in one another’s homes to celebrate communion. They shared
meals together with joyful hearts and tender humility. They were continually filled
with praises to God, enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord kept
adding to their number daily those who were coming to life.
This was the church – a group of people sold out in faith and in godly fear.
This was the church that would stand up to the demonic hell that would be
    unleashed on the world.
Discipleship becomes a product of our obedience to the Word and our reverent
    worship of God.
    The economy will fail.
    Morals will corrupt.
Character will not be considered essential.
Worship will be questioned – (they can’t ban worship when our worship is the
    way we live our lives)
    Persecution will come.
Those who don’t bow to this world find themselves in the fire. But in the fire is
when we have our greatest moments.
    Matthew 16:18 ESV
And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock, I will build my church, and the
gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The Spirit is assembling the church for its greatest battle. We will not be shy of
    submitting to the Spirit.
Our fear of God = is our WORSHIP
Our faith in Christ = our obedience to Him as the WORD
