Instagram and Meta Integrations
Nimble.Church may provide tools that integrate with Instagram, Facebook, and other Meta services through Meta’s official APIs.
For example, an organization or account owner may configure an automation that responds when someone comments a particular keyword on an Instagram post.
When someone interacts with an Instagram account using our services, we may receive information made available through Meta’s APIs, such as:
The Instagram account or media identifier.
A comment identifier.
The text of a comment.
Publicly available account information or identifiers provided by Meta.
Information required to send an authorized response or private reply.
Delivery status and technical information associated with the interaction.
We use this information only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested service.
Nimble.Church does not request or store Instagram or Facebook passwords.
Account connections and permissions are handled using Meta’s authorized authentication and API systems.
Automated Messages
Some Nimble.Church services allow organizations to configure automated responses to social media interactions.
For example, if a person comments a specified keyword on an Instagram post, our service may automatically send that person a private response containing information or a link requested or associated with that interaction.
Automated messages are sent only in accordance with the capabilities and permissions provided by the applicable social media platform.
How We Use Information

Process requested social media automations.
Deliver responses, resources, or links associated with a user’s interaction.
Authenticate and maintain authorized account connections.
Prevent duplicate or unauthorized communications.

Connected Organizations and Accounts
Nimble.Church services may be used by churches, ministries, businesses, organizations, creators, and other account owners.
When an organization connects a social media account to Nimble.Church, that organization remains responsible for the content, campaigns, messages, links, and automations it creates through the service.
Information received through a connected account is processed for the purpose of providing the services authorized by that account owner.
Third-Party Services
Our services may interact with third-party platforms and service providers, including Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Information processed by those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
Nimble.Church does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed through our services.
Access credentials, authorization tokens, and similar sensitive integration information are restricted to systems and personnel that require access to operate the service.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain security and operational records, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.

If information was received through a connected Instagram or Facebook account, we may need information such as the relevant Instagram username or account name to locate the associated records.
We will process legitimate deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements.

Disconnecting Social Media Accounts
Organizations using Nimble.Church integrations may disconnect their Instagram, Facebook, or other connected accounts.
When an account is disconnected, Nimble.Church will stop using the authorization associated with that connection to access the account, subject to technical processing and applicable platform requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Nimble.Church services are not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe information concerning a child has been collected improperly, please contact us so that we can review and address the matter.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.
